Matt is one of the youngest guides on the river and is always eager to put you on the fish. Growing up in Mission, he knows these waters like the back of his hand and will ensure you some quality fish to the boat.

Sturgeon are the main focus but depending on the season, Salmon can be abundant in local rivers.

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own.

Your adventure begins aboard a 22’ Custom Weld jet boat with space for 4 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Industry leading rods, reels and line are the only gear you will be equipped with on Matt’s boat. Brands such as Shimano, Daiwa, and Powerpro are essential for landing the fish of your dreams along with Yeti to make sure you can have a ice cold refreshment after your battle!

You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and a hat. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks provided on board.
