Alcántara Charter is your ticket to the stunning waters of Chiclana de la Frontera. Captain Nicolas will be your guide, giving you access to years of local experience.
Fishing around here will often see you targeting Albacore Tuna, Little Tunny (False Albacore), Bluefin Tuna, Amberjack, Bonito, Dentex, Mahi Mahi, White Marlin, Ray, Blue Shark, Mako Shark, Bigeye Tuna, and more if conditions are right. You can expect to do some spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Capt. Nicolas welcomes children aboard, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Also remember to bring snacks to keep their stamina going!
Your adventure begins aboard a 26' center console with room for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, a fighting chair, all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
It's recommended to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Go ahead and treat yourself to a day on the water with Alcántara Charter.

4 Hour Trip –Deep-Sea/Drift Fishing on April 5, 2025
The weather was a bit windy after the storm and the waves were still brisk in the morning. Captain Nicolas was very helpful and his positive attitude delighted those fishing at sea for the first time. The captain's young sailor was a great help in adjusting the rods.
