There’s a fish with your name on it in Apalachicola, and Caught Up Charters will help you catch it! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Andrew can tell you all about the local fishery.
Depending on conditions, you might hook into Black Drum, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Tripletail, Pompano, and who knows what else! For these species, you’re likely to drift and bottom fish using light tackle. Feel free to bring home some of the fish you catch, so long as it’s legal. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. Your next meal doesn’t get any fresher than that!
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Some essentials to bring are snacks, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.
You’ll be fishing aboard a 23’ Center console that can carry up to 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself. Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat. Show up ready for a good time!
Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

Captain Andrew provides a fishing experience, not just a fishing trip. If you are looking to catch A LOT of fish, be treated by a Captain with good humor, a depth of historical knowledge and the best playlist on the bay, Captain Andrew is your man. Bring a large cooler as you will need it to get your plentiful catch back home. We caught trout, reds, sea bass and a black tip shark. We first fished with Captain Andrew 13 years ago and, over the ensuing years, he has always delivered success with a huge side of "good times."

Captain Andrew was Platinum
My 14 and 12 yo grandsons had a 1/2 day of Bay fishing, with Captain Andrew, that they will never forget and just keep talking about. The boys caught over 100 fish primarily trout and a few catfish in non stop action. His down home personality entertained the boys and while he worked hard to make sure they had an amazing experience! Since we are from West Virginia, we learned that he has a West Virginia connection, always a plus!

Best day of fishing we’ve had
Been coming here forever and never had a better fishing trip. Andrew got me and the boys on fish right away. Caught a little of everything, trout, reds, flounder and my son’s favorite, a few sharks. Over 60 fish! Nice fish cleaning service too which cleaned everything for us and got it ready to freeze to take home. Would definitely recommend.

BEST DAY EVER
Andrew was the best captain. He was so personable and funny. We loved spending the few hours chatting with him and catching LOADS of fish. We even caught some shark!! He took part in making Our son’s birthday the best day ever!

Perfect fishing trip!
Took our 12 year old son out and he's already asking when can we go agian. We caught over 40 trout. Not to mention the cool things we caught that we didn't keep. Will definitely do it again! Thank you captain Andrew!
