On a Mission is a family run guide service of local captains.

We have been fishing the waters of Naples for numerous generations and know all the ins and outs of our fishery.

Our boat is a 30’ custom Morgan that we have personally pieced together ourselves. She is a fishing machine that is well equipped for anything and everything. She is also comfortable for up to six anglers with plenty of room for everyone. Our fishery changes throughout the year with the changing seasons but we always stay on the bite and cater to whatever is biting under the given circumstances.

On a Mission caters to anglers of all skill sets whether you are a professional who is seeking out a bucket list trophy catch or a beginner who merely wants to learn the basics. We will cultivate a great fishing charter experience for everyone based of their wants for the trip and leave you with great memories to share with your friends and loved ones.
