Make the most of your time in Murrells Inlet and go fishing with Captain Cam's Charters. With Captain Cameron at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
These waters are known for Spanish Mackerel, Speckled Trout, Redfish, Black Drum, Flounder, and more – with any luck, you'll have tight lines in no time. You can expect to do some spinning, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
You'll be fishing aboard a 23' Carolina Skiff that can carry up to 5 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, bait and tackle are covered by the charter .
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's recommended to bring sunglasses, sunblock, snacks and drinks or anything you might need throughout the day.

6 Hour Trip – Inshore/Nearshore
Went to catch flounders and we sure did.
Me and my fiancee as well as my friend and his fiancee went out to catch some flounder with captain Cam . He helped direct us to where to park to start the day then we boarded his boat and we arrived at the first spot where on my first cast I caught a flounder. After a little while longer he moved us to other spots where we caught 20 total and 3 we could keep. All good sized flounders. Almost all super close or bigger than the limit. He was proactive in moving spots when things were slow and was great at finding us a variety of spots that worked. He was super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and kind/funny as well. Not afraid to joke around and super chill to be around. His prices are very affordable and he provides top notch quality as well. You get more for less with Cam . Dude knows what he’s doing and makes you a better fishermen while your out there too. I feel like I’m far more knowledgeable than before because of all the facts he gave us . He also came in with a plan and brought more than enough bait. Pros: Friendly captain Good chance of catching keepers Very good for expanding knowledge Very relaxed friendly environment. Beautiful scenery to enjoy Cons: Couldn’t stay out there longer would’ve stayed all day if I could!

Amazing Trip
My family decided to take a fishing trip for the kid's spring break. We've done charters in the past but this was easily the most success we've had. We got plenty of bites and my son caught 2 "once in a lifetime" fish back to back. He fancies himself a fisherman and has not stopped talking about it. We will without question fish with Captain Cameron each time we are in the area, He was very attentive and things could not have gone any better. 6 Hour Fishing Trip
Captain Cam was great! He was full of knowledge and put us on the fish. Captain Cam drove us up and down the coast in a very comfortable way, working the boat with the waves, which allowed the 11 year old birthday boy to easily reel in his own catches. Great time for families!
We had an awesome time with Captain Cam! He’s incredibly kind and easygoing, and he was so great with our kid—patient, encouraging, and made sure he was having fun the whole time. You can tell he really knows his stuff when it comes to fishing, and he knew exactly where to go to get us on the fish. It was a perfect mix of learning, excitement, and just enjoying being out on the water. Can’t recommend Captain Cam enough if you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly charter!

Great experience
First time taking the family out on a fishing trip. Gear was good, and worked well. Even though i didnt personally catch anything, my youngest did. I recommend booking. If you have younger kids maybe 2 hours is the perfect amount of time. If nothing else the ride around murrels inlet was worth the price.
