Trips with Gulf Coast Ventures are great for kids, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Don't forget to bring snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!

Capt. Eric operates a 26' Wellcraft 262 Fisherman Scarab center console that can carry up to 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. We have rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

Before coming aboard, you will need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

Don't leave home without sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
