You'll be fishing aboard a 28' Sportsman center console that holds up to 6 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water.
Smoke n' Reel has top of the line fishing equipment that will be provided with your charter.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. It's customary to tip the Mate 20% to show your appreciation.
Alcohol is allowed in moderation.

Captain Derrick went above and beyond to keep us on top of the fish all day. He navigated us through rough seas and did everything possible to keep us comfortable. When the bite was slow, he made a great call to move us out elsewhere, and we had an insane last hour of fishing thanks to this decision. Most captains would've called it a day at that point. The bite was slow all morning, despite seeing fish all around us, and we had less than 2 hours left on our charter. Captain Derrick was determined to get us on these fish, and he certainly accomplished that. Can't say enough great things about this Captain and crew!!!
Geeat day on the water with Captain Derrick! Took my two sons out for striped bass knowing that the bite has been very hit or miss. And it was a slow bite today, marking plenty of fish that didn’t want to eat, and seeing a lot of boats bot catching. No matter, Captain put each of us into a trophy bass. Absolute monsters. I’ve caught a lot of bass over the years - today’s was the biggest. Memories for a lifetime. Recommended!
I'm a novice when it comes to offshore fishing and have never hired a fishing charter before but my buddy was up from South Carolina and he's a veteran at both. While I didn't have a great frame of reference, he said they were worth every penny. Super-friendly and super-knowledgeable. We came home with our limit of fluke and sea bass. You can tell these guys aren't doing it for the check, they're doing it because they love fishing. I live here and own a boat and these guys weren't trying to gatekeep spots and techniques. Highly recommended, already thinking about next trip.

What a great day! Was a little cold but we roughed it out. The captain put us on the fish and we put em in the boat. 5 guys went, 4 guys caught, and 3 fish came home. Couldn’t have asked for a better day. I would definitely recommend Smoke n’ Reel for striper fishing and plan on going a little bit earlier in the season next year with these guys.

Using bottom fishing, spinning, trolling, jigging, and other techniques, you'll have a chance to catch Flounder, Bluefin Tuna and Black Seabass. The only way to learn is to join them on the water.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 20% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
