Fish Envy Charters invites you to experience the incredible inshore and backcountry fishing of Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and Boynton Beach aboard our 16-foot technical flats boat. Designed for just one or two guests, this trip provides a personalized fishing experience in shallow waters that larger boats simply can’t reach.
Explore the Intracoastal Waterway, quiet back canals, mangrove shorelines, bridges, docks, seawalls, and other productive inshore habitats while targeting some of South Florida’s most exciting gamefish. Depending on the season and conditions, we target snook, tarpon, jack crevalle, barracuda, snapper, sheepshead, sharks, and more.
Our shallow-draft flats boat is equipped with a trolling motor and push pole, allowing us to quietly work areas where fish feed and take shelter. We can fish with live bait, artificial lures, or fly tackle depending on your experience and the type of adventure you’re looking for.
Tarpon and snook are two of our favorite targets. During certain times of the year, we can also fish the beaches for migrating tarpon or spend our time working bridges, canals, docks, and other structure for snook. Night fishing is another exciting option, with snook and tarpon feeding around illuminated bridges and dock lights.
Captain Chris has decades of experience fishing the waters of South Florida and welcomes everyone from first-time anglers and families to experienced fishermen looking for a technical light-tackle adventure. With only one or two guests aboard, you’ll receive plenty of hands-on attention and fishing time.
Rods, reels, tackle, bait, and fishing licenses are provided. Just bring sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, drinks, snacks, and your sense of adventure.

Communication was great, and we all had an absolute blast. Highly recommend Fish Envy and Captain Chris for a fun and successful day on the water! We will most definitely be back!

We kicked things off at one spot where the fish were bit slow at bitting, then moved to a new location and it was like every other cast we were reeling in a catch! We ended up landing over 25 keeper fish – talk about action-packed! The best part? We had some incredible, fresh fish for dinner. The boys had an absolute blast, and the captain was fantastic. He was super knowledgeable and answered every question the kids had with so much patience. He even took the time to tell us the names and details of all the different species we caught. We must’ve reeled in 6 or 7 different types of fish! I can’t recommend this trip enough – it’s perfect for families and anyone looking to have a fun, unforgettable time out on the water!

The group after us last minute cancelled and the Captain even spent extra time with us filleting the catch, taking photos and chatting #probono If you want a luxury booze cruise there are other options but if you want to learn about fishing, baiting, what speed to trawl to catch certain fish, have fun and most importantly actually catch fish, I can highly recommend this Charter.

Definitely a great all around experience. He even fileted the fish for us right there. We walked down the dock to the restaurant and had our catch cooked for us minutes after we got off the boat. Definitely a trip to remember. Even went home with some tips and tricks to improve my fishing at home.

We told him the day before that we weren’t interested in trophy fish, but we really wanted to catch our dinner. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to be around. We were inexperienced, but that was not a problem at all. Chris took care of everything. We caught 7 fish all over 10lb. 3 Kingfish and 4 Bonita. It was just me and my adult son, so we took turns reeling them in. It was a workout! There is a restaurant at the marina that will cook your catch for you if you want. We are going to cook ours at our rental. We have enough for multiple meals so I will try it a few different ways. Thank you Fish Envy!

The previous weather from the hurricane made me skeptical that we would catch anything at all. We trolled for a few hours then went to check out deeper water. Before we knew it, it was on like donkey kong, one after another mahi mahi!! Some of the most intense fishing i have ever experienced we limited out on mahi and then tried to troll for wahoo..... they wanted us to get our full 6 hr charter, when to be honest my wife and i were wiped from catching so many back to back fish...... Currently booking my next charter through fish envy in January for sale fish!! highly recommended fishing charter these guys are the real deal!!!

Awesome review thanks! Please let me know why the review didn’t earn 5 stars for my equipment? For those reading this, I fish all shimano tiagra reels with custom x generation rods. I use all fluorocarbon leader, with tigress outriggers. Literally all my fishing equipment is the best you can buy. your feedback is much appreciated!
We had a fun and successful fishing charter with Captain Chris! He is knowledgeable, experienced and good natured. We learned a lot on the charter, and he talked with my son, who is an avid, if somewhat less experienced fisherman, with congeniality and respect. We will definitely book with him again!

Captain Chris Agardy is a true local, born and raised in South Florida. The local waters have been his playground, as he's fished here since he was 4 years old. He's an avid angler, enjoying both the great inshore and offshore fishing the Sunshine State has to offer. Always happy to share his vast fishing experience with his customers, Capt. Chris is happy to teach anyone the tricks of the trade. He's also a successful fishing tournament competitor, competing in and winning many local tournaments. His latest wins were a daily win in the 2018 Silver Sailfish Derby and the 1st place for Wahoo in the 2017 Lake Worth Derby!
