There's no guarantee when you're fishing, but just some of the species you can catch around here include Black Drum, Bluefish, Flounder, Ladyfish, Redfish, Speckled Trout, Weakfish, and more if conditions allow. Depending on the species you're after, you may find yourself spinning, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Chris also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks to keep their stamina going!
You'll step aboard a 18' Hell's Bay flats boat with capacity for 2 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Even with tough tides and strong winds Chris knew where to find fish and worked hard to put us in place to catch a few. Great day on the water catching fish.
Today was definitely a tough day. I’m glad that we saw fish and had shots. So happy to see the smile on on your daughter’s face when she caught the flounder. Hopefully she keeps going and makes lasting memories with you on the water.
