My first time fly-fishing and Captain Connor kept it easygoing and fun. No trophy fish, but we had steady bites, and now I can handle a fly rod!
It was my partners first time ever fishing and he was patient and very knowledgeable to help him land fish we caught a variety of pan fish as well as few bass. Great day on the lake highly recommend.
My 12 year old son and nephew went out on Marsh creek and caught plenty of fish and had a great time! Connor was professional and always prompt to respond .

Welcome to Retriever Charters, my name is Capt. Connor Brown and I hope to meet you out on my boat for a great day on the water! I have grown up fishing the coast of New Jersey from Cape May to Brigantine! My father has been a great mentor teaching me how to be successful fishing these coastal waters. Now I get to share that wealth of knowledge by showing others how great the fishing on our coast lines are. I earned my Captains License in 2019, since then I have been running charters as Captain during the summers under different company's in Brigantine and Atlantic City NJ. In May 2023, I graduated from Penn State with a degree in outdoor recreation, tourism, and park management. I believe my education and skillset will be the right pick for your day on the water! In my free time I enjoy fly fishing for any species fresh or saltwater game fish. Also, I have a great passion in waterfowl hunting and love to spend my winters duck hunting with my golden retriever 'Hunter'. Cant wait to see you out on the water!

Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to trip
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
What the listing policies are

Transfer to/from departure site may be available and included in price depending on your location and distance from the dock.
How you can pay
Pay online in full

No additional fees.
Book with 25% deposit, pay rest to captain
When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 25% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
