Species like Redfish, Black Drum, Flounder, Speckled Trout, Sheepshead, and more are in the cards, depending on conditions. During the trip you might be popping, trolling, drifting, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!

Your day begins aboard a 19' Shoalwater catamaran with space for 3 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

Before coming aboard, you will need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

It's recommended to bring bottled water, sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

“hold’em up”

When me and the wife book our first trip to Corpus Christi, I absolutely wanted to hit the water and “hold’em up”! This trip with CAPTAIN ALDO was all about giving me and the wife the best experience out on the water. Captain Aldo and I communicated for a month and with that, communication speaks volume in a person that doesnt just do it for the money. Captain Aldo took care of us like we knew him all our lives, and hands down he knew where to be at the right time on the water to load shrimp, cast, pop, and 1-3 seconds, and ON , and on the BOAT TO HOLD’em UP! 

support local is the ONLY WAY! 
please don’t hesitate and BOOK CAPTAIN ALDO!

Capt Aldo is a well mannered guide, he is very professional, gets to know you and your fishing energy and skills. Has great knowledge of the area and the capabilities to put you on fish. We caught several species through the day , hardly a dull moment , you can have music on or listen to nature . He’s so easy going . I am looking forward to my next trip with him already. Even if you think you know how to fish , I promise you’ll learn something from him.

What wifi connection do I at Marquette 
Took my two boys out for a guided fishing trip to celebrate one of their birthdays, and it turned into one of those days we’ll be talking about for years.

From the moment we got on the water, our guide was completely locked in—attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure both my boys had a great experience. He had a great way of explaining things so it clicked for them right away, offering tips and advice that actually made a difference. You could tell he wasn’t just going through the motions—he cared about teaching and making it fun. The tunes he blasting were rocking the boat and fish. 

What stood out most was how he balanced everything. He kept us on fish, helped my sons when they needed it, and still made sure I got to relax and enjoy watching them have a blast. Birthdays can be hit or miss, but this one was a home run.

If you’re thinking about taking your kids out or just want a guide who knows their stuff and makes the experience memorable, I’d highly recommend booking a trip. We’ll definitely be back.

We had an amazing experience! We caught a fair amount but didnt reach our limit. What surprised me though was that the Captain was adamant and persistent about giving us the best experience. He went above and beyond with us. He was very patient when teaching some newbies. I walked away with knowledge I will use from here on. Will 100% book again!

10/10 Thank you Aldo and Dorothy Ann! I would highly recommend Captain Aldo for your fishing experience, I couldn’t have asked for a better captain. He’s very helpful and just all around super nice. If you don’t know much about fishing or it just being your first time. don’t you worry! He’s got you!!  My fiancée and I went for our anniversary/vacation and will definitely be coming back and only will be booking through captain Aldo due to having such an amazing captain. (I even caught a stingray lol). We recently made a fish fry out of our catch and it was one of the best fish fry’s I’ve ever had. Also If you can he has a website you can book through instead of a third party! Truly can’t wait to go back on our next vacation!!
