Book your next trip with Catfish ON! to
unwind and get back to nature.  The main purpose is to have a safe and enjoyable trip and maybe catch the largest freshwater fish of your life.

On these trips, you can expect to troll open water, drift with the wind or anchor shallow -where ever we need to go, we will to put you on fish. My rod/reel combos are ideally suited to hook and hold large Blue and Flathead Catfish.

Captain Taylor is a multi-species angler who will target trophy Catfish, Crappie, White Perch, spawning Bluegill and Wateree Stripers when the bite is hot.

Your boat for the day is a 21' center console Voyager Pontoon well suited for fishing. I fish 4 clients comfortably. Humminbird advanced GPS mapping and Oneboatnetwork for precision trolling, Lowrance HDS 9 graph for identifying fish, bait and structure. Bimini top for protection from the hot summer sun. Reliable 90 HP Yamaha 4 stroke to get us there and back.

You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. Lake Wylie does not have a reciprocal licensing agreement so both licenses may be needed.  Check out my web site or my Facebook page for hyperlinks to purchase a license.  Simply touch the link of which state you need and follow instructions for obtaining your online license.

A few items to bring include sunblock (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. Please no alcoholic beverages.

Contactthe captain for weather updates and pick up instructions and get your questions answered. I look forward to meeting you.
