Make the most of your time in Greenport and go fishing with Rarebreed V. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Craig knows them forwards and back.

These waters are known for Yellowfin Tuna, Bluefin Tuna, Albacore Tuna, Striped Bass, Bluefish, Scup (Porgy), Tautog, Black Seabass, Mahi Mahi, and more – with any luck, they'll make your reel scream. On the day of your trip you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Craig can also take you gigging.

Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!

You'll be welcome aboard a 31' Bertram sportfishing vessel with capacity for 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.

Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

Don't leave home without sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Now and then the fish might get away, but a day on the water never should. Time to make it happen, with Rarebreed V!

Craig was a great captain and we caught a lot of fish. It was attentive, knew where to fish, and me and my friends had a great time on the boat.
