For these species, you're likely to fly or lure fish with the emphasis on sight casting to surface fish wherever possible using light tackle. Justin can supply all tackle needed (on a pay if lost/broken basis)
Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests if under 12 years old with advanced notice needed for life jacket sizing available on board. Snacks are permitted onboard although a quick stop into one of many available cafes is usually welcome for a rest break, fresh coffee and fresh food.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, just show up ready for some fishing! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

Thanks to Justin for a great day on the water. Visiting Sydney for a few days from the UK I was keen to get out and try something a bit different. Justin helped set up a shared charter in advance.The weather forecast on the day was not good but together we decided to go ahead anyway. A late change of venue got us heading out into Pittwater early and straight away Justin put us on some fish. Despite recent fishing being tough we caught Kingfish, Australian Salmon and Tailor fish throughout the day from different spots. The bad weather held off and we got to see some great scenery and wildlife as well as having some fantastic sport on light spinning tackle. All in all a memorable day out in great company!
Justin is an excellent bloke and fish guide He put us onto all sorts of fish , surface and cellar dwellars and instructed us on best way to catch. a really enjoyable experience highly recommended for all levels of fishing expertise!!
