No matter the time of year, you have the opportunity to hook into a trophy Largemouth Bass and whatever else takes the bait.
When fishing for trophies, we offer two styles to catch them. We can throw your favorite lure and try everyone in the tackle box if needed. The 2nd choice is using live bait, or what is known as Florida Wild Shiner fishing.
Trips with Rodman Reservoir Fishing Charters are kid-friendly, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. And you can't go wrong with snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!
Your adventure begins aboard a 21' Phoenix bass boat with space for 4 passengers. It has a fighting chair and everything you need for a productive day on the water. We supply rods and reels for you, as well as all lures.
Before coming aboard, you will need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
A few items to bring include sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
