Spend the day with Reel Lucky Fishing Charters and see what's biting in Merritt Island! Having logged many hours on these waters, Captain Cody is prepared to put you on fish.
Species like Mangrove Snapper, Snook, Black Drum, Tarpon, Ladyfish, Sheepshead, Redfish, Cobia, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Speckled Trout, Tripletail, Jack Crevalle, and more could be biting, depending on conditions. On these trips, you can expect to catch.
Your fishing machine for the day is a 22' Scout bay boat with room for 4 passengers. It has all the essentials. Capt. Cody will supply too of the line rods and reels for you. Live bait is also provided.

6 Hour inshore fishing on April 4, 2025
This was by far the best fishing experience me or my son has ever had!! Booking the trip was super easy and convenient. My son was a little nervous but Cody made him feel at ease. He took his time explaining things to my 11 year old son how to put on bait and cast. My son caught not only 1 fish but multiple!! I've never seen my little boy so excited to go fishing!! We had an absolute blast!!!!! He made us feel so comfortable and we had such a great time that we will definitely be coming back again!! I highly recommend if your looking to catch fish and have fun!!!!!!

Had an absolutely incredible time on the water with Captain Cody! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and a blast to be around. You can tell he truly loves what he does—his passion for fishing and making sure everyone has a great experience really shows. We were on the fish in no time, and he went above and beyond to make the trip unforgettable. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or just looking to have fun, Capt. Cody is the one you want at the helm. Highly recommend—can’t wait to book another trip!

Captain Cody and his charter is top tier when it comes to knowledge and experience of the local waters and fish. Cody's a great respected angler, and even a better person! He will get you on the fish every time, and he's a very nice kid who is also sober which is always a plus while looking for captains! He is always my first recommendation as it's always a great experience going out with him and his charter. Highly recommend if you want to get on the big fish with good people while doing it!

Harsh weather but nice fishing

We went out in harsh weather with a lot of wind early in the morning. Anyway captain Cody found some nice fishing spots and we did get some really nice fish and had a really nice day.

Cody is the man!!! Jokingly told my 8 year old son we might catch a fish a big as he was... little did I know we were gonna catch three bigger than him 🤯!!! My son and I will remember this trip for the rest of our days! All the glory to God! Thank you Cody for the awesome trip and incredible memories!!
