Don Pepe Sportfishing invites you to experience the stunning waters of Puerto Morelos. Your guide for the day is Captain Don Pepe, giving you access to years of sportfishing experience.

These waters are known for Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Sailfish, Great Barracuda, Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna, Skipjack, Mahi Mahi, and more – with any luck, you'll have tight lines in no time. You can expect to do some popping, trolling, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Depending on the species, you will be able to keep some of your catch, or you will split it with the crew. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. Some fish are catch-and-release only.

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. You're welcome to bring snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!

You'll be casting lines from a 40' Luhrs sportfishing vessel with space for 8 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Capt. Don Pepe has rods and reels for you, along with lures.

Before coming aboard, it may be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

You can't go wrong when you bring sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
