Spend the day with Fishin Mitchigan and get hooked on fishing in Linwood! Having logged many hours on Saginaw Bay, Captain Mitch can tell you all about them.

You will be catching some delicious Walleye, having fun and making memories! On these trips, it’s common to troll using light tackle.

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are also a good idea so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!

You'll be dropping lines from a 22' Skeeter fishing boat with space for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is included.

Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain.

It's always wise to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Please save the alcohol for when we're back on shore watching Captain Mitch clean your catch.

Now and then the fish might get away, but a day on the water never should. Time to make it happen, with Fishin Mitchigan!

Amazing first fishing trip on Saginaw Bay!

Mitch and his first mate are great guys who love to share their passion of fishing with others and work very well as a team. Mitch’s knowledge of the area, ability to find fish, and handling of the boat were superior! Thanks for an awesome day, for the memories and for the cooler full of fish!
