There's a fish with your name on it in Boston and Town Fish will help you catch it! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Mike is prepared to put you on fish.
These waters are known for Cod, Bluefish, Flounder, Blue Shark, Striped Bass, Bluefin Tuna, Haddock, and more – with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some. During the trip you might be spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Mike can also show you kite fishing.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. You're welcome to bring snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!
Your adventure begins aboard a 33' Cabo sportfisher with space for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. Captain Mike’s two sons from BC High are running the deck. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 15–20% tip is customary.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
You can't go wrong when you bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
