There's a fish with your name on it in New York City and Offshore Account will help you catch it! Captain Ralph will be your guide, bringing aboard their angling experience.

You're likely to go after Flounder, Black Seabass, Bluefish, Scup (Porgy), Tautog, Thresher Shark, Striped Bass, Bluefin Tuna, and more if conditions allow. On the day of your trip you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.

If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. You're welcome to bring snacks for a boost of energy when needed!

Your boat for the day is a 29' Topaz sportfishing vessel that holds up to 6 passengers. It has outriggers, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is available, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.

It's always wise to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
