Odds on Barra/Inshore 

Spend the day with Odds on Fishing Adventures and let them show you what makes the fishing in Townsville so memorable!

Barramundi, Mangrove Jack, Javelin Grunter, Fingermark Bream, Tarpon, Threadfin Salmon, and more can be found in these waters if you come at the right time of year.

On these trips we can do a mix of casting lures and livebaiting for Barramundi and more we even throw in a mud crab pot and see if we can get a few for dinner.

Children are welcome, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Children under 12 years old must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. We pack your snacks and lunch so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach!

Your day begins aboard a 19' Bay boat with capacity for 2 adults or 1 adult and 2 children . It has livescope, electric minkota and everything you need for a productive day on the water.

You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so we can have it organised before your day.

There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

It's recommended to bring sunglasses. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks included on board.
