Speckled Trout, Redfish, Scallop, Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, Black Sea Bass, Flounder and more could be biting if you cast your line at the right time of year. You can plan to use light tackle with a popping corks for these species of fish along with light tackle jigging
Capt. Nile will bring you aboard a 24' Skiff with plenty of space for 2-4 fishing and up to 6 passengers for Scalloping. It comes with enough cooler space for your favorite food and beverages. Water will be provided
Rods, reels, and tackle are included. Live bait is also included when needed. Ask the Captain if you decide you want to bring your own tackle
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. The skiff includes 2 children Type 1 Life Jackets. Let the Captain know if more are needed
Capt. Nile also offers scallop trips, when in season. He’ll take you to the scallop grounds where folks often limit out on the best tasting shellfish that swims. Underwater cameras are recommended to enjoy the beauty that Steinhatchee waters has to offer. All mask and snorkles are included and you’re also ok to bring your own. We sanitize our equipment thoroughly after each trip. Sand bar trips are also included if time allows
It's recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, snacks, and sunblock (non-spray) spray on sunscreen isn’t allowed as it ruins electronic screens. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, only in cans (No Glass Bottles Allowed)
