The target fish will be Striped Bass using a variety of techniques.

Capt. Jason welcomes children aboard, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Snacks are never a bad idea to stay fueled throughout your trip!

Your boat for the day is a 25’ Sea pro boat that holds up to 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included.

South Carolina fishing license is required for everyone 16 and over.

Don't leave home without a hat, sunscreen, drinks, snacks and a camera! Bottled water is provided on the boat. Alcoholic beverages allowed.

Captain Jason was terrific! Knowledgeable about Lake Murray, and specifically Striped Bass. Excellent boat, gear, and tackle. Caught 14 great fish- ate them for dinner! My 91 yr old mother, my 19 yr old son and I will definitely book with Captain Cannon again.

The fishing vessel was first class. The captain has great knowledge of the water and what is needed to catch big fish. You will not go wrong if you charter with this captain. Equipment is great. There were no problems with any of the equipment or the vessel. Captain was very prompt and super courteous. Seemed like he was a long time friend. FISH ON!!!

We took my 8year old and his 9 year old buddy out for a little Father/Son fishing outing. Captain Jason was extremely friendly and patient with them. They both had a blast and are already asking when we can go out with him again. Can’t recommend this charter enough. Thank you!!

Jason was great to fish with. He is a good communicator and was flexible with our fishing times. His boat and equipment are top notch and had no problem finding fish. We caught a few fish, but when the wind kicked up they quit on is. I enjoyed the day on the water with Jason and we shared lots of fishing stories.

Jason was awesome. He found the fish on a challenging day. We were all pulling in fish at the same time and he loved it. He made sure the bait was always lively and he also made sure my elderly mom was comfortable. Really awesome guy.
