If you're going to cast a line in Orange Beach, look no further than Big Adventure Charters. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Brian can tell you all about the local fishery.

Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Vermilion Snapper, Yellowfin Tuna, Red Snapper, Blackfin Tuna, Amberjack, Gray Triggerfish, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Blue Marlin, Little Tunny (False Albacore), Scamp Grouper, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Skipjack, and plenty more.

On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Brian also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.

Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks to keep their stamina going!

Capt. Brian runs a 58' Walkaround with space for 38 passengers. It comes with outriggers, all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible.

Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

It's recommended to bring sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. Lunch is provided, just reach out to learn more, especially if you have any dietary needs.
