If you're ready to experience the excellent salmon fishing in Manistee, look no further than Markem Catchem! With years of experience on the great lakes you're in good hands with Capt Levon.
We use the latest in technology to ensure we get the most out of our trip. Autopilot, upgraded rods, reels, downriggers are all top of the line. Being we are a Garmin Authorized installer everything works, there is nothing cobbled together on our boat.
Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is available online at the Michigan DNR Website, or you can ask Levon. Some essentials to bring are sunblock (non-spray), drinks, rain gear, and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid glass bottles.
Rigid rotomolded coolers (Hard Yeti / Rtic ETC) are not allowed on the boat. At the end of the trip we'll swing by your truck to put everything in the cooler. These coolers bounce around and do too much damage to fiberglass, we try to maintain the boat for future guests as much as possible.

I have been fishing my whole life, starting in the aluminum boat that used to be at my grandparents' house in northern Michigan. Many summer evenings were spent fishing into the darkness only ending due to my grandma flipping on and off the deck lights panicking because I was not in yet. Fast forward a few decades and several boats later, Markem Catchem Charters has been established. My goal as your captain is to make memories for friends and family that I was so fortunate to make in my youth. Fishing has always been and will be my true passion for many years to come, so come aboard and let's make some new memories!

Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to trip
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

Book with 20% deposit, pay rest to captain
When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 20% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
