If you're ready to enjoy fishing in Ionian sea, book a trip with Fish & Trip. Captain Philip will be your guide, allowing you to benefit from years of sportfishing experience and 10 years of experience on the Garmin Fishfinders. He is also a member of Garmin fishing team Greece.
Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Amberjack, Dentex, Dusky Grouper, Atlantic Mackerel, Squid, Albacore Tuna, Bluefin Tuna, and plenty more. On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish.
Capt. Philip welcomes anglers of all ages, including kids, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Snacks are also a good idea so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!
Your vessel for the day is a 23' Compass 7SF sportfishing vessel with capacity for 5 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. The vessel is equipped with the latest technology of Garmin plotters ,transducers, radar , autopilot, trolling motor and with a powerful FUSION stereo system.
Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, it may be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's recommended to bring sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks available on board.

I've always talked about going fishing with my son, but we'd never done it until now – and it couldn't have been more perfect. Booking was super easy, and we met CP (Captain Philip) at 7am in Gaios marina. He was early, full of energy, and clearly passionate about what he does. CP absolutely LOVES fishing, and his enthusiasm is infectious. He's a brilliant teacher, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun from start to finish. His boat was amazing – packed with tech, comfortable, and fast – more like being in an aircraft than a fishing boat. We caught a Pandora fish, a Mediterranean perch, and 12 Atlantic horse mackerel. CP gave us the option to release them or take them home, and we decided to cook them for dinner. We barbecued them that evening and they were incredible – the freshest fish we've ever eaten. The trip was the best value experience we've ever had. We made memories that will last a lifetime and can't recommend CP enough. If you're in Paxos or the surrounding area, book this trip – you won't regret it.
We were three alglers from Sweden celebrating Garys birthday. We had no big expectation of the trip but Filippos the guide was amazing. Great boat, great gears and latest Garmin sonars. We got nice fishes. We can't highly enough recommend a trip with Filippos! Outstanding! Thanks!

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
