Excited to go fishing in Brick Township? Then Reel Adventures LLC has a trip with your name on it! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Greig can tell you all about them.
Striped Bass, Tautog, Bluefish, Drummer / Rock Blackfish, Black Seabass, Crab, Flounder, Clam, Common Ling, and more are in the cards, depending on the time of year.
Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. For the more adventurous among you, there's spearfishing.
Your fishing machine for the day is a 25' Center console with space for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.
Rods and reels are not covered by the charter, so ask the captain about bringing your own or renting some for an extra cost. Be sure to ask about bait and lures as well.
You might need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
You can't go wrong when you bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now and then the fish might get away, but a day on the water never should. Time to make it happen, with Reel Adventures LLC!
