If you're here to make the most of fishing in Fort Myers, look no further than Reel Rednecks Fishing Adventures. With Captain Evan at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
These waters are known for Gag Grouper, Cobia, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Yellowtail Snapper, Amberjack, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Mangrove Snapper, African Pompano Jack, Red Grouper, Black Grouper, Red Snapper, Mutton Snapper, and more – with any luck, you'll find out for yourself!
On the day of your trip you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks for a boost of energy when needed!
Your fishing machine for the day is a 39' Center console with space for 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water.
You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
You'll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
A few items to bring include sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now, time to hit the water with Reel Rednecks Fishing Adventures!
