The name of the game around here is light tackle fishing, which is how you'll get acquainted with these waters. AJ will provide rods and reels and live bait.

You're likely to fish for Dogfish, Bonnethead Shark, Hammerhead Shark, Thresher Shark, Lemon Shark, Porbeagle Shark, Nurse Shark, Tiger Shark, Mako Shark, Gummy Shark, Blue Shark, Blacktip Shark, and more if you cast your line at the right time of year.

Note that your guide practices catch-and-release fishing, so won't be taking any fish home with you after the trip. Up to 30 anglers can join these excursions. You'll be fishing without a boat, so expect to make your way on foot at least part of the time and come dressed for current weather conditions.

Your fishing license for the day is not included, so members of your group will need to buy one. You can find out more online, including exceptions that may apply. Be sure to dress in layers and suitable footwear (if you aren't sure what that means, just ask). It's never a bad idea to bring bottled water, sunblock, and sunglasses in any weather conditions.
