Depending on the season, you might hook into Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Brown Trout, Brook Trout, Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, and plenty more. Depending on the species you're after, you may find yourself spinning, drifting, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
You'll be casting lines from a 21' Xtreme trout boat that can carry up to 3 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's recommended to bring sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but will not be provided. Just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks for you on board.

My wife and I had the pleasure of fishing with Clayton for a full day on the white river in Arkansas and he did not disappoint. Clayton is a fantastic and knowledgeable guide who was extremely accommodating and worked very hard throughout the day to ensure my wife and I had a great experience. Clayton was extremely polite and professional, had a great knowledge of the area, and his equipment was squared away. Clayton put us on not only a good quantity of trout but also quality trout. He was instrumental in landing my wife’s personal best rainbow trout and providing a great experience for her. I cannot recommend Clayton highly enough and I will be booking him again when my family and I come back to Arkansas. Clayton does a great job getting his clients on fish. Cant say enough about the quality, professionalism, and over all experience. Great trip for anyone wanting to experience in our case river fishing. This trip is good for the novice to the experienced. Before booking get your fun meter it will be pegged! We had a great experience.

This was a birthday gift for my wife and we both had a great time. We caught some rainbow trouts and looking forward to coming back.
Clearwater Outfitters put us on the fish and kept us on the fish. We limited out both days. It was an experience I will never forget. If You want to do some trout fishing on the white river with light tackle or flyrods Clearwater Outfitters is the way to go.
