First time in the salt
6 Hour Trip – Sportfishing on August 9, 20263 adults

Me and a couple of buddies decided it was time for us to experience saltwater fishing. Captin Eryk went above and beyond for us on our trip. You could tell he truly cared about us catching fish which was a big one for us because we’ve heard horror stories from friends about other charters in various places not really caring that much. He’s really down to earth, cool, and a all around nice guy. He got us on a couple tuna. it was all we could of asked for and a great experience for us. We had nothing but fun and would recommend him to anybody.

THE MOST FUNTASTIC PART OF OUR VACATION
4 Hour Trip – Sportfishing on July 20, 20264 adults1 child

Our fishing trip with Captain Eryk and Kyle of South Flow Fishing Charters was, without question, the highlight of our vacation! Our group included our son and three grandchildren, and Captain Eryk and Kyle were absolutely amazing with everyone. They were patient, encouraging, and made sure each of us had an unforgettable experience. In just four hours, we caught seven fish, but the real excitement came when we landed a huge yellowfin tuna—which they expertly filleted for us to enjoy later—and an incredible six- to seven-foot sailfish! Needless to say, we were all thrilled! The boat was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to fish and move around. They provided all the equipment we needed, offered expert guidance when we needed it, and then stepped back and let us enjoy the excitement of landing the fish ourselves. That made the experience even more memorable. If you're looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly charter at a reasonable price, we highly recommend South Flow Fishing Charters. They exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will absolutely book another trip with Captain Eryk and Kyle the next time we're in Jupiter! Thank you for giving our family memories we'll treasure for a lifetime!

Half day fishing experience with Captain Eryk
4 Hour Trip – Sportfishing on April 16, 2026

Wasn’t sure what to expect going into this fishing trip, but it exceeded every expectation. The entire experience was outstanding—professional, well-organized, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Our 13 year old son can’t stop talking about how much fun he had with Capt Eryk. The crew was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the day both successful and fun. Truly an exceptional experience and well deserving of five star

Coming from a family of fishermen, Captain Eryk's passion started at the young age of four with the tug of a Snapper Bluefish on Long Island Sound in CT, where he grew up. At the age of 14, while shark fishing on a charter with his dad in Martha's Vineyard, he met the First Mate. Another young boy his same age. It was at that moment he knew fishing and becoming a charter captain was what he wanted to dedicate his life and career to. And that's exactly what he did... Starting as First Mate at the age of 17 on private charters and head boats in CT and New York, Captain Eryk quickly rose to Head Mate. At 19, he obtained his U.S.C.G. Captain's License, packed a duffle bag of shorts, t-shirts, and flip-flops, and headed south. He landed in Key West, Florida. One of the best places in the world for sport fishing. Here, Captain Eryk ran a center console sport fishing boat with one of the largest charter companies in Key West, instantly becoming known for his knack of 'finding and mapping' fishing grounds that produced fish for his charter clients every trip: Mutton Snapper, Yellow Tail Snapper, Blackfin Tuna, Grouper, Mahi-Mahi, Shark, Cobia, Kingfish, Wahoo, and the pinnacle of every sport fisherman's dream: Sailfish. This ability earned him the nickname Captain Sherlock, the fictional character Sherlock Holmes! Deciding to leave Key West, Captain Eryk headed north to West Palm Beach, where he currently resides with his girlfriend who also grew up on Florida waters. Captain Eryk continues to add to his resume, notably the art of kite fishing the blue water. And out in the deep blue? Another sport fisherman's dream: Swordfish. And Captain Eryk's passion continues…
