Scott is a Fort Myers native with over 30 years of fishing and boating experience in Southwest Florida. He specializes in sunset cruises, island/beach excursions, waterfront restaurant drop-offs, Shelling, dolphin/manatee watching, and of course… FISHING!
These waters are known for Snook, Redfish, Mangrove Snapper, Spotted Seatrout, Blacktip Shark, and more – with any luck, they'll make your reel scream. On these trips, it’s common to using light or heavy tackle.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Don't forget to bring snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach!
Your boat for the day is a 27' Custom Catamaran Cabin Boat with capacity for 6 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience and air conditioning is available upon request.
Capt. Scott will supply rods and reels for you. Live bait fishing is typical but artificial anglers are welcome. Make sure you communicate your preference.
Anglers will not need to buy a fishing license as this is covered under Captain Scott's license. Some species may be off limits during the time of your trip.
A few items to bring include a hat, polarized sunglasses, beverages, and sunscreen (non-spray). Bottled water & Ice is included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

4 Hour Trip – Fishing/Shelling
Favorite Boat Best Captain
We used Captain SCOTT to celebrate my 70th birthday for a day fishing around the Caloosahatchee. Perfect day perfect weather perfect boat perfect captain. Caught lots of fish with several keepers and really enjoyed exploring the islands. This was an educational trip and he delivered – his background as a former high school teacher and coach certainly carried over well. The boat was fantastic with lots of shade and a bathroom which you don’t typically find. Can’t say enough great things about the experience and would definitely recommend this as the go to Captain and boat, especially if you’ve got families and women. Really grateful for the experience as it was a wonderful birthday present.

We booked a sunset cruise for my mother-in-law’s birthday and had an incredible experience. Captain Scott was fantastic—friendly, easygoing, and super accommodating from start to finish. He made the whole trip feel relaxed and personal, and our whole family (teens included!) had a great time out on the water. The boat itself was awesome—comfortable, clean, and perfect for taking in the views. The sunset was unreal, and Scott knew all the best spots to make the evening feel special. Highly recommend booking a cruise with him. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

5 Hour Trip – Cabbage Key
Amazing Experience
We had an absolutely amazing day! Our only plan was to relax — boating, soaking up the sunshine, taking in the beautiful views, and enjoying the tranquil breezes. But Captain Scott had even better ideas! He surprised us with a perfect lunch stop at Cabbage Key and made sure every detail was just right — even curating the perfect music for our trip.
