Clearcut Fishing Charters
Explore the waters out of Orange Beach in Alabama with Clearcut Fishing Charters on one of their nearshore, offshore, reef, and wreck fishing trips. Captain Eddie Thompson and his crew love to fish and always want to have fun doing it. There is nothing like being offshore enjoying a day of fishing and forgetting about the work week!
The newly restored Clearcut is a 44’ Gillman offshore sportfishing boat, as well as a tournament fishing boat that has caught several Blue Marlin in the past. It can reach some serious speeds thanks to its twin 900 HP Cummins engines, and comes equipped with a full set of navigational equipment to find the fishing action in no time.
The boat features a large deck with plenty of space for up to 6 anglers to get comfortable. It’s well suited for longer trips as its cabin and galley have a toilet, shower, kitchen with fridge, and enough beds for 6 guests to sleep. This is a very family-friendly boat, and is also wheelchair accessible.
Capt. Eddie specializes in a range of techniques such as trolling, bottom fishing, and even kite fishing. He offers a variety of trips targeting a range of species including Red Snapper, Yellowfin and Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Marlin, Triggerfish, King and Spanish Mackerel, Grouper, Amberjack, Bonito, and Cobia.
Trips include rods, reels, and terminal tackle, live bait, lures, and fishing licenses. Please note that prices do not include tips, and all trips require a 20% tip to the mate, plus .30 whole weight charge for fish cleaning.
Visit some of the most beautiful waters off the coast of Alabama, and have an unforgettable time with Clearcut Fishing Charters!
