Reel Sharp Sportfishing specialize in light tackle fishing in Charlotte Harbor, Pine Island Sound and the nearshore Gulf waters. You will experience world class fishing, beautiful scenery and an abundance of wildlife on your day on the water.
These waters are known for Snook, Redfish, Tarpon, Jack Crevalle, Pompano, Sharks, Sheepshead,Spanish Mackerel, Spotted Seatrout, Snapper and more!!
You'll be aboard a 24' Pathfinder with a Tower to help in spotting fish, powered by a 300 HP Yamaha with cruising speeds up to 40 mph. Lots of room with space for 6 passengers and we love taking kids fishing.
Captain Glenn will provide Diawa and Penn rods and reels, live bait plus an education and techniques used to catch fish in the area. The boat covers your fishing license so all you need is some polarized glasses, hat and sunscreen and you are ready to go.

Captain Glenn Sharp welcomed us to a very clean and organized boat. We are a family of 6 with kids ages 17, 14, 12, and 10. He took on out crew with eagerness and excitement. He taught us about fishing in the area and started the action! Each spot we went to brought action to the boat! We are beyond impressed with the accomodations and service!!!
We reccomend him to anyone with 100% confidence you will be beyond satisfied with your experience!

Its very important that you know upfront what your experience with your guide is going to be like. I recently had a trip with a guide up north and his boat was a mess with equipment and rods strewn all over. He didn't say a word to us the whole trip.
Captain Glenn with Reel Sharp Sportfishing is very organized, and open and kind. He is going to do his best to teach you the techniques that will put fish in the boat and also keep it fun! Great guide for the experienced or inexperienced fisherman. We fished Charlotte Harbor and had multiple species days every day. I caught fish I never dreamed I would catch! Go with a great guide, Captain Glenn with Reel Sharp Sportfishing! Fish ON!!

Captain Glenn provided a fun filled day trying to catch a variety of fish. He landed us on ladyfish, sea trout, puffers and snook. We saw dolphins a shark and a stingray. Captain Glenn worked hard to help us cast and bait our lines. Even tho the weather was cold Captain Glenn found us fish. His boat was very nice and he kept everything spic and span!
