Hoping to cast a line in Puerto Morelos? Then Los Tribilines, Snorkel y Pesca has a trip with your name on it! With Captain Rene Gustavo at the helm, you'll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.
Amberjack, Horse-eye Jack, Red Grouper, Great Barracuda, Skipjack, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Mackerel, White Marlin, Snapper, Sailfish, Wahoo, and more inhabit these waters if you cast your line at the right time of year. During the trip you might be trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites!
You'll step aboard a 26' Imemsa center console that can carry up to 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and all the essentials. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
Don't leave home without sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Go ahead and treat yourself to a day on the water with Los Tribilines, Snorkel y Pesca.

Unfortunately in the 6 hours we only got one bite and did not catch any fish. Captain and crew were fine and not their fault but it was a disappointing trip as we really wanted some fresh ceviche and fish caught to eat at dinner.
