If you're traveling with the family, youwill be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are never a bad idea to keep 'em happy!
Your trip begins aboard a 30' Kayak with capacity for 15 passengers. It comes with a fighting chair, everything you need for a productive day on the water. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible.
Capt. Solomon will provide rods and reels for you.
There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.
Before coming aboard, it may be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's never a bad idea to bring bottled water, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks for you on board.
