If you're ready to try fishing in Windermere, look no further than Memory Makin' Guides. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Reno knows them forwards and back.
With over 40 years of experience, Captain Reno specializes in catching Largemouth Bass, and that's what you can expect to do! You'll target these freshwater gamefish using light or heavy tackle. Any fish you catch will be released.
You'll be welcome aboard a 22' Bass boat that can carry up to 3 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait (shiners) is available for an extra cost.
Before coming aboard, you may be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain.
Don't forget to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks provided on board.

My son, grandson and I had a great morning fishing. Landed at least 15 fish with my 10 year old grandson catching the first, the most and maybe the largest. Lots of pictures. Captain Reno was very knowledable and helped us throughout the trip. Will likelly use his services again. .
