These waters are known for Spotted Bass, Largemouth Bass, Catfish, White Bass, Smallmouth Bass, and more – with any luck, you'll have tight lines in no time. On the day of your trip you're likely to bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
You'll be fishing aboard a 21' Skeeter bass boat with space for 2 passengers (we will make accommodations for parents and kids). It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Capt. Joel will supply rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.
You will need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don't forget to bring sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Waters will be available for you. There will be some light snacks for you on board.

My kids and I spent Spring Break in Hot Springs and I booked this on our final day. I’m so glad I did because my kids said this was the highlight of the trip. Laramie was a fantastic guide and supplied everything we needed for a great day fishing. Will definitely book with them again for future trips. Highly recommend!

Glad to hear it was the highlight of their trip! I had alot of fun teaching them and having them on the boat. Can't wait to do it again!
We had an amazing fishing trip for my birthday. The Captain went out of his way to make sure that we caught fish and had fun. We caught catfish, bass, white perch, and blue gills. 10/10 recommend and we plan on booking another trip with him when we are in the hot springs area next time!

had a great experience overall! definitely would recommend to anyone. we will be booking another trip.

Thank you Sir. Glad to hear you enjoyed yourself.
