LLA – Lake Chelan Adventures
Ready to go fishing in Chelan? Look no further than Livin' Life Adventures! Your guide for the day is Captain Brianna, giving you access to their angling experience.
These waters are known for Kokanee but we might also encounter Cutthroat Trout, Lake Trout, Landlocked Chinook Salmon, and more – with any luck, you'll have tight lines in no time. On these trips, it's common to troll using light tackle.
Trips with Livin' Life Adventures are open to the whole family, so feel free to make a family day out of it! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to let us know ahead of time so we can have one on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks and drinks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!
Your vessel for the day is a 26' Willie Raptor with room for 6 passengers. It comes with downriggers, and all the essentials. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures.
Some days (when they are available) you'll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.
You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunblock (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now, come aboard with Livin' Life Adventures and get hooked!
