You'll be fishing aboard a 20' tournament-ready Nitro bass boat that can comfortably take up to 3 guests. Fitted with top of the range gear including a trolling motor for silent advances, a 250 HP Mercury engine for bursts of speed between the fishing spots, and a huge amount of space for casting, this is the boat you need if you want to target large Bass effectively in the freshwater systems of Florida.
The area offers ample water to fish, so take advantage of it, fishing the local canals for Peacock Bass, and the Everglades and Lake Okeechobee for Largemouth Bass. Other species you could catch on your trips include freshwater Snook, Oscars, and Mayan Cichlids. Capt. Yoan will supply you with top of the range gear needed to catch the fish of a lifetime, so just come along with some snacks, drinks, and a sense of adventure and you can't go wrong!

We've caught more than 20 fish, I did my PB and my girlfriend caught lots of fish too and it was the first time. Perfect guide, 100% satisfied!

Captain Álvarez was excellent; he was professional, on-time, great with my kids and super educated about fishing. Me and my three kids had a blast. We caught about 20 fish, and it was so much fun and informative. My son who is 11 was extremely excited and my girls also had a good time. They all wanted to stay longer. Captain Álvarez took his time, was super patient, and just went out of his way to make sure we were happy and satisfied. I would strongly recommend. Cost was reasonable and very fair. We will surely be using him again next time we come to Miami.

Great day with Captain Yoan! The boat was beautiful and clean and nicely equipped. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, including communicating with us before the trip to talk about our options and expectations. Since I was booking as a surprise for my husband, it put my mind at ease that I made the right choice. Besides catching a ton of fish, it was great to spend time with someone who not only had professional expertise but clearly loves what he does. Capt Yoan is personable, knowledgeable, and fun! Flew down to Key Largo, FL as a last minute weekend vacation and I knew I wanted to fill one of my mornings with a private charter to catch Peacock Bass. I ended up messaging Captain Yoan. I told him I had a small window to book something and he accommodated me x10. He was flexible on the time and drove closer to me so I could grab breakfast before I checked out of my resort. He is an absolute professional and has a level of experience that is unmatched, but very down to earth and patient which made me feel like we were long time friends. This was hands down my best day of fishing…caught a 6.3lb peacock bass and 25+ others in a 4hr half day trip. No need to look anywhere else, seriously…this is the whole package experience!

Having first learned to fish with his grandparents, who took him to the local ponds in Cuba to fish for Tilapia with a stick and some string, he has always been on the search for new fishing adventures. This passion brought him to Florida in 2002, and he hasn't looked back since. With well over a decade of experience studying, fishing, and succeeding in these waters, he is now a well-known and respected captain both locally and nationwide, and his several large sponsors are proof of his success and talent. What makes him unique as a charter captain is his strong attention to detail and his desire and ability to meet the needs of his clients.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 1 day before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
