Formignani Francesco- Frank fishing guide is here to give you a personal experience on the wild waters of north-west of Italy

Here you'll have access to remote lake waters, including a few honeyholes that only the locals can clue you in on.

Your guide specializes in fly fishing, and that's exactly what you'll do. You can also do a bit of spinning, and maybe more your guide wants to show you. You may need to bring your own gear for this trip or rent some from me for an extra fee. Contact Francesco ahead of time so you know what to expect and come prepared.

Depending on the season, you might hook into Brown Trout, Brook Trout, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Marble Trout and plenty more.

Up to 4 anglers are welcome on these excursions. You'll make your way to the fishing grounds on foot, so dress accordingly and bring only as much as you can carry.

Don't hesitate to send Francesco a message below with any questions you have, including where to meet on the day of your trip.

A local fishing license is provided for you and Francesco will help you follow local regulations. You're encouraged to dress in layers and the proper footwear (if you aren't sure what that means, just ask). It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen, no matter the weather.
