Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Feel free to bring your own snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!
Capt. Larry will bring you aboard a 21' Ranger Z21 bass boat with capacity for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures.
Before coming aboard, it will be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's always wise to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and a hat. Drinks are included, free of charge. There will be snacks, Gatorade, water and soft drinks provided on board. On our 8 hour trip we also provide lunch!!

Great fishing day with captain Larry! He runs a great charter business. He said to meet at 6 a.m. at the boat ramp and sure enough he was there with his beautiful Ranger bass boat and we were iff to our fishing hole. His fishing gear is top notch and he rugged all our lines with the appropriate bait fir a full day of fishing fir large mouth bass. My 15 yr old son and I had a great day of fishing! Thank you Captain Larry! Highly recommend him to anyone interested in catching fish all day and can’t wait to book another charter with him. Great guide!
I had a great experience fishing with Larry as our guide. From the start, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and you could tell he genuinely cares about fishing and making sure his clients have a good time. He took the time to guide us, give tips, and keep us on fish the whole trip. We ended up catching 12 bass in total, which made the trip even better. His attitude, patience, and passion really stood out and made the experience enjoyable for everyone in our group. I’d definitely recommend Larry to anyone looking for a solid fishing guide and a great day on the water.
We caught strippers. Captain was fantastic.
We had a good day fishing celebrating Michael’s birthday with his son. Even with temperatures around 110 degrees they caught several bass.
Very Enjoyable. Captain Larry was knowledgable, polite, and made sure we all reeled in a few good Bass. The lake he chose was very scenic. Good time for a PA lake fishermen to enjoy!
We flew all the way out from kalamazoo mi to fish with Larry! He was great. Had great day on the water and caught fish we will definitely do it again!
