Wolfpack Charters – Ogunquit, Maine
Wolfpack Charters offers light-tackle fishing charters along the beautiful coastline of Ogunquit, Maine. Our primary target is Striped Bass, but depending on the season we may also encounter Bluefish, Atlantic Mackerel, Pogies, Pollock, Sharks, and even the incredible Bluefin Tuna.
From the rugged rocky cliffs along the shoreline to the miles of sandy beaches and productive river mouths, Captain Bill will put you where the fish are biting. Whether you’re an experienced angler or trying fishing for the first time, we’re here to help you catch the fish of a lifetime and have a great time doing it.
Captain Bill Woodward was born and raised on these waters. A commercial fisherman and true waterman, Bill has spent over 40 years working, fishing, surfing, and diving along the southern Maine coast. His deep knowledge of the area gives anglers the best chance to get on the fish — like a pack of wolves.
Most trips focus on light-tackle jigging and casting for Striped Bass and Bluefish, providing an exciting hands-on fishing experience. Bluefin Tuna trips are also available in the fall for anglers looking for a true offshore challenge.
You’ll fish aboard a 23-foot Wellcraft cuddy cabin boat with room for up to 3 passengers, fully equipped for a safe and productive day on the water.
Your captain provides rods, reels, and lures, and on most days the trip begins by catching fresh live bait.
Your fishing license is included with the charter, so all you have to do is show up ready to fish. Captain Bill will also make sure all fishing regulations are followed so you can focus on enjoying the experience.

Had a perfect day out on the water. Right out of the gate, Capt. Bill placed us at a school of Mackerel and we stocked up on bait for stripers. Bill has an uncanny ability to read the water and is intent on placing you right where the fish are biting. You will learn a lot and have a great time! Thanks Bill

Great morning out with Captain Bill. My son caught two stripers which has been on his bucket list for 10 years. He’s 14 he caught a 34 and a 31 inch striped bass. Captain Bill was really great with my son and dropped us in a number of places for the best opportunity. would recommend.

Thank you for fishing with us! It’s a good day when we can get the kids reeling in some nice fish.
Captain William was great. My daughter and I are not experienced fishermen so we weren’t sure what to expect. He explained everything very well. We caught a bunch of Mackerel and then 2 striped bass. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

Booked me and my dad this charter for fathers day. Had a great time out on the water with bill, smooth riding and fishing. Ended up leaving my wallet and bill called me and told me i had left it. He waited for us at a park and ride that was on our ride home. Great guy

I don't think we sat still for more than 15 minutes without catching something. I highly recommend booking here! The captain was very knowledgeable and very kid friendly. He answered every question my 12 year old peppered him with.

I’m so happy you and the boys all caught some beautiful Stripers. It was a pleasure to have you and crew onboard. Thank you
