Depending on the species you're after, you may find yourself light tackle fishing, popping, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. You're welcome to bring snacks to keep up those energy levels!
You'll be casting lines from a 25' Majek Illusion bay boat with room for 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as live and dead bait. Lure fishing is also an option. Be sure to inform the captain if that is your preferred method so he will have the proper tackle onboard.
Before coming aboard, you will need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
You can't go wrong when you bring sunblock, sunglasses, and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed, but try to avoid glass bottles.

Chris got us on the fish early and often; more importantly he was kind and patient dealing with a bunch of amateurs! Fee was higher than I’m used to paying but it was worth it…Chris does a great job!
