Depending on conditions, you might hook into Yellowtail Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Great Barracuda, and who knows what else! You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are never a bad idea to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!

Your vessel for the day is a 26' Twin Vee center console that can carry up to 6 passengers. It has all the essentials. Capt. Alexander will provide rods and reels for you. Live bait is included, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

Don't leave home without a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
