Fishing Cancun Charters welcomes you aboard to enjoy a range of activities among the beautiful waters around Isla Mujeres. Spend the day fishing for top table and game species, from tasty Snapper and Grouper to monster Marlin and Sailfish, with the extra option to hit remote beaches or grab some food at one of many great local restaurants.

Whatever you choose to do on your trip, there is no better place to do it than aboard Fishing Cancun Charters’ 35’ Bertram sportfishing boat. Completely restored in 2013, the vessel boasts an air-conditioned interior to keep you cool even in the heat of the Mexican summer and an enclosed toilet for extra comfort on long offshore adventures.

The boat is equipped with the latest and greatest in fishing tech and equipment. Outriggers and downriggers will maximize your spread and let you target multiple species at once. A livewell full of fresh bait will tempt the fish in, and tuna tubes will let you work up the food chain to the very biggest fish out there. She also has a fighting chair for once you hook one of those blue water monsters.

Charters last anywhere from 4 to 12 hours, so you will always find the perfect trip to suit your schedule. Once on board, you are in charge, and what you do is up to you. Spend the whole day fishing, or break up your trip between the offshore battles and relaxing beach breaks, stopping at a restaurant to cook the morning’s catch before heading out again with your strength restored.

I love the ocean. I became a fisherman by chance via a friend and was instantly hooked on the sport. We have won various tournaments to date including 1st place in the 2013 Playa del Mar fishing tournament and the 2016 national sportfishing tournament, which gave us the chance to compete internationally in Portugal in 2017.

We went on a fishing trip with this expert angler on his birthday and he told us starting the trip that his dream was to catch a big sailfish, we let him know that we were going to try to find the fish, we first started catching a big bluefin tuna, then we had good action with some mahi mahi in our day, on our las two hours we were really far still looking for our trophy fish and sudendly we listen the rod fighting back and then we saw the beautiful fish jumping in the water, it took him around 20 minutes to take it out, we got the sizes and then let him realese it in the water again. It was an amazing day!

We had a great fishing trip with 3 really lucky anglers, we manage to get a White Marlin around 1 hour after the trip started, then we got mahi mahi for dinner and after some time we got the second White Marlin of the day! It was a really great day to remember for the future.
