Anchors Away Charters – Offshore
Anchors Away charters invites you to spend a sunny Florida day on the waters surrounding Boca Grande. The air is clear and crisp and the fishing bite is as hot as the weather. Specializing in inshore and offshore fishing, Captain Jeff has spent over 40 years fishing southwest Florida and now he’s bringing his love for water to you.
If you’re heading offshore, you’ll be fishing aboard a 2023 28 ft Twin Vee Catamaran . The boat is powered by twin 150 HP Suzuki engines and features top of the line fish finding electronics along with first-rate Shimano and Penn tackle.
Whatever your skill level, preference, or idea of a day of fishing is, Captain Jeff can customize your charter for you. He is one of the few Boca Grande captains that hold a Federal Fishing Permit. This means you can go beyond the 9-mile limit, catch bigger fish, and target a wider variety of species. If a shorter trip is where you want to start your charter journey, Captain Jeff can still get those Shimano fishing rods bent on an inshore or nearshore trip.
Hunt for huge toothy predators, get in the water with an enormous Goliath Grouper, or head to the offshore reefs and wrecks to catch some delicious table fare or battle with the giants – the choice is yours. Capt. Jeff provides plenty of bait and artificial lures to get you on the fish you have always wanted to catch.
All trips are family-friendly and will provide memories to last a lifetime! Safety is Capt. Jeff’s number one priority, he’s USCG licensed, certified in CPR and First Aid, and his vessel is outfitted with all the necessary safety equipment.
Note: up to 5 guests are allowed on trips but only 4 will fish at a time.
Book with Anchors Away Charters today, you won’t be disappointed!
