Oceanaire Charters brings 20 plus yrs. experience on the waters surronding Ponce Inlet, delivering reliable and unforgettable fishing adventures. We pride ourselves on local knowledge, punctuality and attention to detail so your outing runs effortlessly from boarding to return.
Around here it's common to catch Amberjack, Blacktip Shark, Gag Grouper, Scamp Grouper, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Sailfish, Wahoo, Lane Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Vermilion Snapper, Snook, Cobia, and more with any luck. You can expect to do some spinning, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Capt. Aaron runs a 26' Dusky Pilothouse that holds up to 6 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
It's recommended to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

We had a wonderful time, our captain was very persistent changing different methods and different bait until we found out what the fish wanted to eat today. Went to different locations and it worked, there we're five of us and we all caught fish. We caught amberjacks and hooked into a couple barricuda, had a bull shark take one of our fish, but it was an awesome experience. We all had a great time.
