If you’re looking for a charter to book a trip for your entire family, (boat does have clean full standup head (restroom)) you should look for someone that can cater to both the avid angler and those just looking to relax under the sun. Luckily, you’ve found Good Times Key West, where you can get the “local” experience in the stunning waters of Key West.
Join the Good Times crew on board of our 24’ Sailfish. She’s a center console boat, with plenty of space for 6 anglers to move around while chasing the best bite. There’s a T-top to give you some shade, so you can take a break from reeling in keepers. If you want to enjoy the gorgeous crystal-clear waters, snorkeling equipment is available for everyone on board.
The trips are run by lifelong local anglers with years of experience. Your enjoyment is paramount to them, so all charters are customizable. They’ll take you fishing for Snappers, Groupers, Sharks, Barracuda, Lobster, and many more species. They can also take you to some of the most beautiful beaches and mangroves around, where you can fire up the BBQ and listen to their incredible stories about local history. Whatever you want to do, talk to Capt. Justin and crew and they will recommend the perfect combination for you.
All Sharks must be released when caught, though you should bring a camera ready to document your trophy catch.
Capt. Justin will have coolers with ice and bottled waters on board, but feel free to bring any beverages or snacks of your preference.
Kids are more than welcome on board and there’s no minimum age. In fact, kids are preferred guests with Good Times Key West! Families looking to relax under the sun or enthusiastic anglers looking to top their personal bests, everyone is welcome with Good Times Key West!

3/4 Day Trip
Captain Justin Rocks!
In the face of 22 mph winds, I left the dock with very low expectations of catching fish. Justin worked with us on adjusting timing on starting our trip to try to minimize the impact. His enthusiasm and mastery of his craft puts Justin at the top of all fishing trips I’ve ever done. And I’ve done a lot over the years. We caught a variety of species and even played tug of war with sharks! I’m filled with gratitude for a trip that was pure aces. Highly recommend! Ask for Justin and he’ll do everything possible for you and then some.

Great Trip w/ Good Times
First time with Good Times Key West and would highly recommend the charter service. Scott was excellent as guide & captain. Scott knew where the fish were and proved that he was "that guy" who could put you on fish with us catching fish at every spot we hit. Awesome trip. Next time in Key West, go out with Good Times.

Highlight of our trip!
This was our second time with Good Times Key West. Both trips have been amazing. We caught a bunch of fish, and had a great time. We had our 5 year old son with us, he had a blast. Matt was very knowledgeable and made the whole trip super fun. Justin was great to work with as well. We had to reschedule due to weather and he was very accommodating. I can't say enough great things about these guys. We will definitely be booking another day with them next time we're in Key West.

Morning 1/2 w/ Cpt. Matt
We did some inshore/nearshore fishing with captain Matt and had a great time. We were able to keep 6 yellowtail snappers and 1 mangrove snapper. We had Mac’s cook them up for a phenomenal lunch, now if only we could’ve scared away that pesky Barracuda that was trying to steal our fish as we reeled them in. Would recommend, would book again.

Another Great Day with Good Times
Great day, this was our 3rd charter with them. Scott was awesome! Put us on lots of fish and provided lots of history and facts of the Keys. Had the fish grilled at Mac's where they dock. The fish taco platter is also recommended. Scott set up with some great music with his friend Nick Norman, playing at Ramshead. Definitely recommend Good Times!
