Make the most of your time in Seabrook and go fishing with Texas Bay Adventures. With Captain Jim at the helm, you'll benefit from his years of experience fishing Galveston Bay and the surrounding waters.

Depending on the season and conditions, you might hook into Redfish, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, Flounder, and more.

During the trip, you may be spinning, popping, jigging, or using other techniques suited to the area.

Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to let the captain know if you're bringing young passengers so he can make sure the appropriate life jackets are available. Don't forget to bring some snacks to keep everyone happy and energized throughout the trip!

Your trip takes place aboard a 22' center console with a capacity of 3 passengers. The boat features a Bimini top to provide shade from the hot Texas sun. The Blazer Bay 2220 Fisherman is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and everything you need for a productive day on the water.

Rods, reels, tackle, shrimp, plastics, and lures are provided. Live bait is typically available for purchase, but be sure to ask about it in advance so the captain can make arrangements for early-morning charters.

A fishing license is required for passengers age 17 and older. A One-Day All-Water Fishing License is available through the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Keep in mind that some fish may need to be released due to size, bag, or seasonal regulations. Simply ask your captain, and he can tell you more.

It's recommended that you bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Bottled water and ice are included free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, as long as you avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.

You could keep reading about the trip, but wouldn't you rather be fishing with Texas Bay Adventures?

Awesome fishing trip with Capt Jim!!
5 Hr – Morning Fishing Charter on June 19, 2026

We recently booked a half day charter with Capt Jim at Texas Bay Adventures and it exceeded all of our expectations. Capt Jim was super friendly, professional, and made the trip enjoyable from the moment we left the dock. His knowledge of Clear Lake and Galveston Bay was obvious and he definitely kept us on fish. The bite was steady and before long we were catching fish and having a great time. Captain Jim explained what we were doing, adjusted our approach as conditions changed, and made sure everyone had an opportunity to be successful. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and wants his customers to have a memorable day on the water. Time flew by and we were already thinking about our next trip before we headed back to the marina. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable guide, a relaxed atmosphere, and a quality fishing experience on Galveston Bay and Clear Lake, we all highly recommend Texas Bay Adventures. I will most definitely be booking another charter very soon.
